This course is for experienced laborers or operators looking to move forward in their careers and field supervisors who are newer to their roles. Through 24 micro-lessons they will learn the ins and outs of being a field supervisor. Content includes industry basics, safety best practices, roles and responsibilities on the jobsite, leadership skills, the best way to communicate, common pitfalls, tips and tricks, and the general tools and materials used on the job.
